W133 label starts 2025 with a visionary release made by Terence Fletcher (moniker used by Jannik Aßfalg), who presents a well made bundle. ‘Saliva’ is the title track and it’s in the beginning of the tracklist: an interesting broken beat rhythm leads the instrumental, while adding mentalism to the overall mood. Follows ‘Shifting’ that goes introspective and thoughtful, unexpectedly ‘Base95’ and ‘Dubheim’ play at slower speed to adapt deep and hypnotic sound combinations. Lask closes the EP with an interesting interpretation of ‘Shifting’: the original parts become airy and ethereal, thanks to an organic approach to the synths. ‘Saliva EP’ is available digitally and also on 25 dubplate limited copies.
