Mark Rogan’s release ‘Distant Memories’ is another good example of stylistic evolution put in place by Gobsmacked Records. The title track exposes industrial techno sonorities, while the second one called ‘Flashback’  goes back on track with a simple hypnotic synth and solid drums combinations. The EP is closed with ‘In Deep Thought’, it has got a slow intro and it seems like that typical track used as intro for dj sets: everything starts with many effects and ambient / drone sounds, later the drums come in gently, introducing an acid bassline and after the drop some bells that bring the track to its end.
