The Enhanced sublabel Colorize continues to stunt the progressive house audience with numerous releases and EP, now the time has come for this brilliant smaill compilation titled ‘Colorize November Sampler’: that’s an ensemble made with the last (and awesome) releases published by the label in the previous weeks. There you can find Murtagh, Tommy Baynen, Trilucid & Esque, and finally Kinfg & Early feat. Lauren L’aimant, who provided brilliant, fresh and exciting tunes, showing the evolution of this particular but sophisticated electronic music style.
The notorious trance and progressive producer Airwave debuts with the four CD album ‘Trilogique (Remastered & Re-Invented)’, featuring a great collection of his own productions remastered and recreated, that’s expecially the case of the CD number 4 that gets released also as split bundle under the title ‘Trilogique Re-Invented’. These 11 productions have been reconstructed by the artist with a contemporary state of mind, giving to the whole sounds a wave of modernism and a refresh to the instruments used, preserving the vibe of the main themes.
Adriatique’s Siamese is going to release the third installment of the ‘Anthology’ series, delivering an interesting compilation filled with 8 enthusiastic productions. The two artist and label managers described in an intimate and personal way all the feelings and the history behind each production, below you can read all their thoughts:
Yotto – Observer
This might be the track of the pack which is in our library the longest. Yotto is known for his work all around the world, although we are sure ‘Observer’ will still gain him even more listeners. Some wonderful memories were made to this song.
Evans – Endless
We were always in contact with Evans and were sure a future release will be happening on Siamese eventually. Now almost over a year later we were finally putting this into effect. ‘Endless’ combines a lot of things we love, a great build up, steady groove, a melodic touch and a lot of energy.
Marino Canal – Radiance
This man needs no introduction to the Siamese universe. ‘Radiance’, probably a little more laid back than his previous productions, is a perfect fit for this compilation. Hypnotic & ethereal, that’s how to describe Marino Canal’s music.
Remcord – FMCD
After receiving this track, considering it a promo and playing it on the Nordstern rooftop whilst the sun was going down, we had to get back to Remcord to ask if this was indeed a promo or a demo. Gladly it’s been a demo.
Alfredo Mazzilli – Eternal Memories
We are big fans of Alfredo for quite some time now and happy we’re finally able to feature him on Siamese. When preparing for Tomorrowland’s Around The World, we needed to showcase our diversity in a 60 min set. What we were missing was a faster techno-ish sounding track with this big stage energy. Et voilà, ‘Eternal Memories’ filled this gap perfectly.
ENØS – Morpheus
Two young swiss producers who are on our radar since they approached us with their music some time ago. Morpheus is straight and dubby with no compromises. A mainstay in our sets since a very long time.
Losless – Dark Light
Also a on our hard-drive for a long time, ‘Dark Light’ created some wonderful moments on dancefloors around the world. We are very happy for the young producer that his track finally comes into light.
In Anima – My Moon
‘My Moon’ closes this compilation perfectly. With the long build up, the catchy melody puts you in a state of trance. Moody, melodic but still techno.
LOK Recordings publishes its EP number 10 signed by Skiclub Toggenburg who delivers the sunny and shining ‘Cocoloco’, a track container that shares two great originals and a remix by Roman Flügel. As just said the songs share an infectious summer vibe: this happens when tribal, house and deep house are melt with a classy attitude and a positive state of mind. Roman Flügel gets into the mood with his interpretation of ‘Zmorge Mit Pascal’, elevating the original’s potential with an oldschool vision of the rhythm structures.

Earth Trax gets released again on Shall Not Fade with the album ‘LP2’, this continues the musical adventure started by the artist with ‘LP1’, previously published on the UK imprint in March 2020. In the overall the 15 tracks of the whole album show a delicate and not randomized research of pattern combinations, particular sound ambiances and sonorous abstractness: all these elements are plunged into a smooth and calm mix of electronica and deep house. ‘LP2’ is way too pacate and particular than its predecessor, all these elegant but intricate sonorities demonstrate an accurate dedication put in the production process by Earth Trax, who also has been able to amalgamate all these music components coherently and intelligently.

“Here comes the second release on 04177 Records. This good piece was created during my rehab time in Potsdam after my mum died. There were several pianos and I played a lot during this time and ordered a recording device. Shall Not Fade celebrates its 5 years of activity in the electronic music scene with the publication of a compilation, it will be out soon on two vinyls and also on digital format. The track selection showcases a list of 21 artists: most of them already appeared on the label’s catalogue with successful EP o singles; anyway the mixture of styles and influences available in ‘5 Years Of Shall Not Fade’ represent the kind of house and techno followed by the label, offering organic and rich productions with a catchy and vibrant appeal.
The first various artist sampler from Hyenah’s ‘Watergate 27’ mix is ready. As the label do for all the episodes of the mix series, this EP features an interesting set of tracks adopted in the record mix, bringing back the essence and the vibe of the compilation.

What a pleasure to finally welcome Dario D’Attis, our friend from Switzerland, on board at 8bit. While Shyam P added some great whispered lyrics to ‘Misleading’ Dario left the other 2 tracks instrumental. Anyway 3 proper dancefloor tracks.

CathedralMotech Records proudly present label regular P-Ben a.k.a. Benjamin Geelen with ‘Kybalion EP’ for what is the 139th release from this highly respected Detroit label.
The ‘Kybalion’ title is taken from a famous book about the study of the Hermetic Philosophy of Ancient Egypt and Greece. The title track kick-starts the EP in pure analogue distorted perfection resulting in high energy techno at its finest. Producer P-Ben adds, “this track is inspired by a tool track from the ’90s, based on rhythms from the Tr-909 and samples from an old polyphonic synthesizer”. Track two on the EP is ‘Hors Normes’ which moves to the metaphorical darker and harder room in the club – expect an industrial, pulsating, relentless tribal-techno groove! A track influenced by the work of the great Ben Sims and his Hardgroove imprint, P-Ben says, “this track utilises a few samples from my vinyl collection, which worked really well”.
Track three is titled ‘Unforgiven’, and as P-Ben points out, it draws inspiration from the legendary Jeff Mills, specifically tracks on his momentous Purpose Maker towards the end of the ’90s. A beautifully textured track with great use of reverb and subtle, harmonically pleasing piano stabs layered between percussive tribal drum patterns forming the perfect glue in this minimal groove. Commenting on the EP’s final track, P-Ben says, “its dark and very cavernous side immediately reminds me of a cathedral”, hence its majestic title. ‘Cathedral’, with its driving, reverberating techno and twisted grooves is a modern classic stomper, to wrap up another top quality release from Detroit stalwart, Motech Records.
